Stumbled upon To Xin as the restaurant we intended to go to was shut. Small and friendly place that was very busy, always a good sign, with lots of locals popping in for take away. There were four of us that had a meal (main and rice/noodles) and a drink and came to 54! The food was fantastic and good portion sizes. Would recommend
