Visited here twice, the first time I thought maybe it was me and my mum that got the wrong impression so we tried again. The staff in this tiny shop are insincere and will say anything looks good on you just to make a sale. Unnecessary, when each dress costs in excess of 250 and this is an occasional dress shop. You visit there because you want to find a dress for a special occasion or prom, which does suit you. Somewhere where you need sincerity and honesty. Not just ‘oh that looks lovely on you’ when the colour and style CLEARLY doesn’t suit you. Anything to make a sale. The older ladies in the shop are quite rude and pushy, one is quite opinionated & rude. Dresses themselves are actually tiny in size, a size 10 is more like a 6 across all of the brands they do stock, not comparable to other dress shops locally unfortunately, in price or quality. Try dresses on and beads fall off of them. Don’t waste your money/time. Also has haphazard opening and closing times, says one thing on website and you go there and the shop is closed. The shop could be amazing, which is a shame, much better shops elsewhere.

Amazing service my little sister could not have found a better dress
The shop, the ladies and the shopping experience is good but chaotic as they are busy. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The dresses themselves, although they look beautiful, are incredibly overpriced and not brilliant quality. Having paid near to 400 for a dress, then having to spend more on alterations, I didn’t expect the beads to be falling off and a hole in it, which our Taylor had to fix. We lost several of the beads with my daughter just standing still before her event, you could hear them dropping to the floor as she moved. In addition I was not pleased that there was a hole in the seem. They are too expensive to be this shoddy. Definitely a cashing in opportunity where quality is not reflected in the price. One of our cousins also had a hole in the seem of her dress which had to be sewn up as she was leaving for her event.
