Possible the slowest service I have ever experienced . There are 3 cashier windows yet I've never seen more than 1 being used it's not like they are not enough staff there is always 1 on a desk at the start of the cue asking can I help ? To witch her answer to every question is there help you at the window ( well get yourself behind the window ) after a 25 min wait I was told that I couldn't transfer money to my daughter's account because I'm overdrawn, due to the 76 charges I've acquired for going 13p OD . Then they are trying to charge me 76 again for going OD due to the 1st 76 charge. How do they justify 152 charge for 13p unauthorised OD . If only they were as quick to serve you as they are to charge ( ROB ) you
Make sure you tske your umbrella, the lines often out the door with that old woman walking up an down the line ask \can I help\. Simple answer!! Yes get behind that counter an serve us.
