Wheelchair-accessible entrance
pulled up at pump, no cone in place got shouted over tannoy telling me that pump is broken. moved to next one filled up n points card wouldnt read in the pay at pump. went in and got told yeah its been like that for about 12 months they wont fix it because they are waiting for a forecourt refit. :( had to then take receipt to customer service to have points put on.
