Excellent day nursery. Good quality childcare, reasonably priced. Lovely staff and management. What we like best is their ability to adapt and be flexible to our childcare needs around shift work rotas. They are always so helpful and supportive and go above and beyond for the children and their families and provide a lovely environment for the children. Both our children have been very happy there, would highly recommend Hannah's House

Hannah’s House was recommended to me when I was looking for a nursery, from the first time I step inside it felt the right place for my little one. The staff were polite, professional, and couldn’t do enough to help. They answered my questions knowledgeably and with confidence. The environment was clean, child friendly, with smart, keen and welcoming staff. From the taster session, to the half days to full days they have treated me and my little one like part of the family. Each day I get a written “report” of the day: food, naps, bottles, activities, mood, nappy changes. On top of this the informal chat on little things on how my little one had been, makes me feel like I hadn’t missed anything. They know my child so well. The staff are always friendly, helpful, have a kind word to say, whether they have direct contact with my little one or not. They have contacted me appropriately when my little one has not been well in their care. Considering the professionalism, enthusiasm, compassion and determination of the Hannah’s House team, I am confident that they are following all current guidance and have put in appropriate processes to ensure the safety of my little one, other children, parents and staff in this new norm we are living in.
The staff at Hannah's house are lovely. They have all worked hard to make it safe and enjoyable for the children during this pandemic. My little one is loving being back. They are very helpful and able to provide flexibility around shifts.
Where do I start with this nursery, any parent would be worried about there children going off to nursery. But honestly I can remember the day I went to look at the place because a family friend had recommended it. I walked in and the atmosphere was amazing, and I knew straight away my little girl would be perfect here. Everyone who works here is so caring and you feel like part of there family. My little girl is only 18 months old and her personality is coming through aswell as her creativity skills. Would 100% recommend this place ️
Both my children have been attending Hannah’s House from day one and they absolutely love it. All the staff have always made me feel completely at ease and they had moulded my little babies into lovely young lads that I am very proud of. We enjoy being a part of the Hannah’s House Family very much!
