The shop was open and they had the controller hardware that I needed. Win10/XBox wired controller. Fitted it and it works great. They even read the bits off the back of the box for me as I had left my glasses in the car.

I went to rhyl game shop to buy a Nintendo switch for my grandson, I was talked into buying a package including 2 games , I paid full price for the switch the discount for the games was 10, the games were not suitable for my grandson so myself and my daughter took them back, not opened or used and with receipt, we just wanted to put money over and above price of switch to a credit note, they said no it was not allowed no explanation no credit note nothing
Really helpfull staff. Even told me where I could get what I wanted even though it meant taking my money elsewhere.
I Would like to say a big thankyou to the store manager James and store assistant Ryan.We bought an ipad for our daughter and could not get our details to register with apple after three days of frustration with took the ipad back to the shop james was so patient and managed to sort it out and got the ipad working much to our relief james you are a miracle worker!!! you have made our daughter very happy thankyou again we will definately buy from here again.
