Evening meal with friends and family. I had the biggest gammon steak you could imagine. Perfectly cooked, served with egg, pineapple, chips, tomato and garden peas. My fellow diners were envious of my choice. Chose the warm chocolate fudge cake and ice cream for dessert with pouring cream as extra request. Delicious. The friendly staff worked hard throughout. Thoroughly recommended.

Have visited once before, went up for Xmas Sunday lunch... one word fabulous! I had the traditional turkey, my partner lamb plus all the trimmings, and a cracker each to boot! Delicious and substantial, we then had a break before both having starters for afters, yes indeed! Garlic bread with mozzarella cheese and cranberry, Duck/Pork pate' with toast, gorgeous... Wine, beer, coffee and cream, with a crackling log burner round the corner, twinkling festive decor, along with the usual eclectic surroundings, a definite treat, would highly recommend... Cheers!
We struggled to find anywhere around prestatyn that was note worthy, the covid19 overreaction meant that options were limited for a short notice dinner with the family. We got a late booking so that's 3 stars, an ok selection of drinks, a beautifully situated pub, the food was cooked ok, it tasted ok as prestatyn goes. The staff were friendly and welcoming and look after you and they make the pub what it is, nice place to pop in an have a drink.
Excellent food, in fact portions are too big. Nice atmosphere, lovely gardens.
Went out for a meal with friends during the \Eat out to help out scheme\ can honestly say we were not disappointed. Lovely safe environment with a beautiful beer garden, friendly staff and lovely delicious food. We will definitely be going again
