Absolutely shocking company. This courier routinely says they’ve delivered my parcels when they haven’t. The drivers run out of time and refuse to drop the parcels, multiple days in a row. Don’t think I’ve ever had a smooth delivery from them. I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve had to drive over an hour to their Rhyl depot to collect my parcels because they simply can’t do their job. Feel sorry for their customer service folks as they must get slaughtered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

These have ha my package for almost week then finally decided to deliver it yesterday. Said that they delivered it when they hadn't. Called this morning to see what was going on and they said the driver couldn't find the estate as its a new build estate. We have had deliveries off several other companies with no issues. They said that it would be delivered today and they would call if there were any issues. Called mid afternoon for an update to say that it hasn't been loaded into the truck and will be delivered tomorrow. What an joke! No a care in the world for customers wanting their items in a reasonable time frame. Could be forgiven if it was a one off but reading the other comments seems like a regular occurrence for this company! I have no confidence that it will be delivered tomorrow!

The one star is that I have managed to speak to someone in the office! The consignment has supposedly been attempted delivery 3 times - however I find that it has not because driver ran out of time. The no house number on parcel..... On monday I confirmed that they had house number, postcode and telephone number....still not here. They cannot reach the driver (harly true) and they could not update the details on the parcel - TOTAL SHAMBLES.... NEVER USE THEM IF YOU WANT IT TO ARRIVE!

NEVER EVER USE THEM.Terrible Delivery waited 27 days for Next day delivery.hen I called them they said it was in Haydock depo. and as they had 3 wagons in Rhyl waiting to be emptied it would be weeks for delivery.When finally arrived only one of 2 came on same delivery,other came later.NEVER US TUFNELLS OR COPPERS SHOCKING SERVICE\u003eIf review could be - 100 then they would win 1st prize. Had to give 1 or would not publish review.Judging from other reviews on line they simply dont care about customer service.

If you buy anything online make sure this company doesn't have the contract to deliver the item because they are incapable of delivering anything. Not a single delivery I have ever had from them has gone smoothly. I assiduously avoid any merchant using this courier though sometimes I get caught out as was the case last week, a 48 hour delivery took six days, I don't even bother contacting them anymore due to their incompetence, I just ask the merchant to deal with them.
