Shocking service. Having moved to the area just over a week ago to work in the NHS, I put a repeat prescription with the Boots repeat prescription service for urgent insulin. I received an email from Boots to pick up my prescription and on Saturday I went as instructed by the email, only to be greeted by a very rude assistant who told me that as my GP is in England, I would need to go back to England as their service is only available to GPs in Wales. I told her that I had no insulin left and she shrugged her shoulders and told me it was not her problem. Absolutely disgusted!

I only use for their prescription services and to be honest they struggle to get it right. It's hit and miss, some months it's OK but I nearly always have to go back because something is missing or short.
Service was slow but only to be expected, otherwise great.
Boot's in Rhyl is a Brilliant place because if you got photos you what develop or a prescription you have to pick up Boot's is the place to go and the staff are very helpful and very friendly to help you that's why I gave it the Big 5 Stars
Boots is a very good shop & also a cheap shop aswell depending on what you was wanting to buy from there
