Sent over 2 youngsters for the movement. One was professional and kind the other one was extremely rude and not at all professional. Bad service, bad behavior. Didnt feel like i could trust them with my furniture. Not reccomended if you want a reliable and professional transport company.
No track 'n trace, late communication of delivery schedule, no communication about postponed arrival time and with first attempt nobody to answer the phone. No possibility for live chat or communication on Whatsapp. Amateuristic and old fashioned. Service like this was accepted 5 years ago but it's 2019, step up your game.
Totally useless, the driver has left me standing on the sidewalk babysitting a bathtub that was meant to be picked up because he had other things to pick up and they wouldn’t all fit.
Gesolliciteerd, vervolgens zou ik het adress doorgestuurd krijgen voor een gesprek kortom nooit adress. Gasten negeren me vragen, kortom assosciale mensen
ik had buren die gingen verhuizen, zette Lets Move transport alles op mijn terrein en heel dichtbij mijn auto, ook was alles afgezet en kon ik met de auto er niet uit. Ik heb een dochter die twee jaar geleden en tia heeft gehad en moet er dus altijd uit kunnen. Bovendien hebben ze niet eens aangebeld en of ik dus mijn auto even elders wilde zetten maar ze zijn gewoon al bezig gegaan. We hebben ze aangesproken en ze hebben de spullen wel van mijn terrein af gehaald maar voor dat belde ik hun op en daar werd heel associaal gereageerd en de parkeerwacht had juist geadviseerd eerst contact met hun telefonisch op te nemen.... zie fotos
Een vriend van mij heeft mij dit bedrijf aangeraden en ik ben zeker onder de indruk hoe zij te werk zijn gegaan. Klantvriendelijke verhuizers die alles hebben gedaan wat er gevraagd werd! Als u moet verhuizen zou ik u zeker adviseren om dit bedrijf te gaan bellen of mailen!
