It has been a very good experience working with this shipping program. The software made things much easier for me.
Their system broke down, i lodged a request telling them that i was unable to send out our goods due to this. I heard back 48 hours later and was told it was not urgent enough to be pushed through as urgent and to send them a normal request anyway. it took 4 days for the system to be working again. I will no longer be using them and will look at another alternative.
They give me a headache daily. Do not use this system!
