We needed a structural engineer to assess the condition of some retaining walls. Fred conducted the site inspection and wrote up the report. His inspection was thorough and he answered all our questions so we're happy and will be coming back for future structural work. Additionally Fred is a project manager so we may engage him when we build our extension.
