They were sent out by American Home Shield to repair my AC. After 10 visits and 2 months they said the unit needed to be replaced. They scheduled the install and didnt check to make sure they had the right unit. Of course they didnt and had to be rescheduled. the correct unit arrived without a heating coil. they said they would contact AHS to send the coil that it would take 1 week. 1 month later they wont answer their phone, they didnt tell AHS about the heating coil and they reported the job as complete. (Mind you they had to come back after they installed it because they didnt put freon in it) not only are they incompetent they are also dishonest and wont even return a phone call.

Been a customer for many years and would never change! Honest, always on time, they ask and work with us prior to heading out so they are aware of what is going on - very thorough! Best part - they don’t update anything. They work with us and explain anything and everything! I like that Walt takes his time and is honest. This company is awesome! Highly recommend these folks. I post this as a proud customer of 20 years and an even prouder life long friend of the Dunaway family. The single Bad review here is fake. Service fees are NOT a minimum 200. No employee is or has ever been working for them while also collecting disability and payment would NEVER be accepted under any name other than that of their Company. These guys are a truly honest and hard working bunch with customer satisfaction ranking high above a dollar. They have been known by myself as well as others to go above and beyond in times of need for their customers. They have made repairs on cold winter nights in emergency situations and gave up many a Saturday or Sunday evening to help a customer in need. Truly outstanding work ethic from a group who puts customer needs first every time. For a job done right with polite and knowledgeable employees; I highly recommend Dunaway's Heating and Cooling every time.

Every year have to call them back for repairs. It cost 200 dollars minimum to repair and he wants check made out to a different man's name. Because he is on disability. Yes disability. It's not a secret he tells everyone.... He doesn't fix it properly and if he knew what to do or had installed correctly it would not need repairs so often. I know 3 people having the same problem. It's bs. It's 87 degrees inside and he stated he will try to get back in couple days. Should of used the company my friends recommended
