Great experience, great people, but the hoops Spectrum makes it's employees and customers jump thru is liken to a root canal. Hopefully, at some point and time in the near future things will become easier for the folks on both sides of the counter!

I've been here 3 times and each time there was only one person working. Once I was out the door quickly, once in a reasonable amount of time, once I waited so long I had to leave because they were still working with the first person that was in line when I arrived. I get that it is a small store and much of the time it would not be worth paying additional employees to sit around with zero customers, but my experience has been tainted with the time spent waiting. Took away another star due to their hours of operation and being closed on weekends.
Very friendly staff. Was able to get us on a cell phone plan asap
Friendly experience. Got the new modems I needed and I was on my way.
SUPER annoyed that my internet goes out at least once a week.. I work from home which causes an hinderance. Unsure how while living in AK I got better connection than I do here.
