This store changed from a paper punch card to an online rewards system. We went in to purchase 50 worth of merchandise that would have gotten us to the end of the punch card and would have given us 25 off. Instead some cashier, she didn't give us her name, gave us 10% off an item. When we expressed aggravation because this would give us 1 off instead of 25, she ever so graciously gave us a second percentage off which gave us a total of 7 off. Still not anywhere near the 25 we earned. Considering we also just spent almost 250 getting 3 different sewing machines serviced there and planned on coming back because we liked the store itself, we found this to be extremely unacceptable. We will NOT be coming back unless they change their cheating ways and give us the rest of the 25 that we EARNED by spending 250 in total in support of their store.

A most fantastic quilt shop! Super helpful staff and the prices are comparable to online stores AND you can actually see and touch the fabrics. And beautiful machines. Would have bought one if I could have. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

Bought new machine from them, but haven't had time to take out of box. These ladies couldn't be more helpful and fun if they tried! This will be my go to shop when I finally open the box.
