The German officers (not the Swiss) are often rude and grumpy, even shout at customers whose only fault is not to have complied with some obscure petty regulation when compiling their VAT claim sheets. Preferably, those publicly scolded are non Nordic looking. I mean, it’s fine to educate people who err, just use some kindness and respect for fellow humans.

The best zollamt in Ch the personel and everything ... but only the toilets for public people allways are dirty they should pay a good sanitary women and they dont have a shower for truck driver ..

Ein übersichtlich gestalteter Zollübergang. Die benötigten Schalter sind gut zu finden. Teilweise am Wochenende erhöhtes Verkehrsaufkommen. Hätte grösser dimensioniert werden können.
