We bought a BWM x2 and the service from start to finish was seamless and efficient. We felt really looked after and got a great day on our A1 that we used towards our deposit for the x2 - better than anywhere we looked at. Cheers guys!

Bought a BMW, 2 weeks after I noticed an oil leak, it never came with no Log book we had to wait a month to call them and chase it up. Both issues got solved but with so much effort and frustration! My girlfriend part exchanged her old car and literally they didn’t pay the remaining finance off so we still had to pay for 2 months worth even though we never had the car! About 4 months later which is today hence why I’m writing this review my girlfriend has received a letter from DVLA with a penalty of 100 because “Reynolds Motor” said we don’t need to do nothing just enjoy then car and they will do the rest. SUCH A TERRIBLE PLACE PLEASE BEFORE YOU GO JUST TRY AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER CAR SHOWROOM !!!
