The customer service was horrible I will never go there again. They messed up on two of my sandwiches and told me I had to pay to get them remade. So I had to pay again for sandwiches that they messed up on. Not happy with The Establishment and it's employees at all. I was treated like I was trying to get a free sandwich when I had paid over 50 to begin with. I wasn't trying to get anything for free I wanted the stuff that I paid for made right they should have double checked that what they heard was correct instead of just assuming. And then the way I was treated when I was kind of upset that I had to pay for stuff that they messed up on was unacceptable.

Great service. Not very busy. The worker was friendly. They were fast and they had some good promos going on at the time of our visit. Clean facilities. Only complaint was the kids were tightly packed at a weird height. Good visit overall.
Restaurant was clean, sandwich station was very clean and well stocked, staff employee Braylee was so nice and friendly. Nice.
The food is great, as expected from any Subway and I have never had an issue with cleanliness or anything. Why I am not giving all the stars is because of the customer service. I was reading up on the reviews and I have been having the same exact problems with the red head guy and the one brown haired girl. They are just annoyed and rude anytime anyone ever comes in. I don't expect a red carped rolled out for me or even a hello when I walk in, but some normal human decency would be nice. It seems this problem has been going on for years now according to other reviews. Why hasn't anything changed?
Best Subway in town. Usually fast and the food is pretty good. The workers are friendly.

Terrible. I spent over 45 minutes trying to use Subway website. Very difficult. Finally, my brother got in but order did not come out as he wanted it. If this how it is. No more Subway for me. I still cannot get in the website. It has been over 7 hours ago and says I am locked out for security purposes. I will try once more. If I don't get in, you will not see me at Subway again.
There are a lot of Subways on Rexburg, and this is the best one. The sandwich artists are always professional and the restaurant is clean.
