What is the best thing you can ask for with a storage unit company? The prices are better than fair, and over several years of using the storage services, I do not have a single complaint. There was literally never any hassle. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress free place to keep your stuff!

Great customer service, and price! Only thing I didn't like was the gate. I had to pull my car back and forth to get out from the storage.
This was the cheapest storage unit that we could find in Rexburg. It's gated and clean. Upon getting a unit, they give you a brand new lock still in its package to use,only you have the keys. The storage units are TALL so you can fit a whole bunch of stuff if you stack things vertically. The owner is incredibly professional and can get you set up real quick over the phone. You have 24 hour access to your storage unit and the bill auto pays each month. 11 out of 10 would recommend.
I rented a locker here for over 2 years while I was in school. Clean units, secure gated location, and great owner to work with. Ian was terrific and very helpful with anything I needed. Automatic payments made things a lot easier too. 24/7 access with code which helped on those late days. I HIGHLY recommend this location.
This place is really good, got immediately after calling. Storage lockers are secure and clean, and the gate with your own personal code is very nice to have. Owner very pleasant to work with and takes care of any problems immediately. Nicest lockers within a few mile radius of byui.
I absolutely loved using this place! As long as you've got the brains to recognize that the kiosk is broken and you need to call the number listed on Google, you'll be fine. PRO -Everything can be done over the phone and email -Just takes one call to do automatic payment CON -The gate doesn't close. You'll never have to remember the code, but buy a sturdy lock -You have to specifically call to set up auto pay, there's no box to tick when you first sign up
I really wanted to use their service for my storage needs because I think their business model and 24/7 access is great, but when I tried to use the kiosk I couldn't even see the screen. It was mid-afternoon on an overcast day so it wasn't even too bright out. I couldn't get through the menu to get a unit, so I chose another company. If their kiosk worked I'd use them.
