My daughter (11) got her ears pierced by Katie. She was so kind and professional. My daughter was pretty nervous but Katie was just the right person to put her at ease. And you can’t beat the price. They only charge for the jewelry, so out the door it was 28 (before tip)!!

I have been going to Reflections for years and they have always taken great care of me. I highly recommend Ashley, Stacy, Deb and Emily. They listen and help me make decisions about what I want even though I am a very indecisive client. They treat me well and do excellent work. Color, cut, nails and pedi's, they do it all. Thank you Reflections staff for years of pampering and always making me feel beautiful!

I have been a long time customer of Reflections! Nearly every employee has done one or more services on me personally! I love that they are accommodating of my time schedule and always pamper the heck out of me. They request that you wear a mask and wash your hands upon entry which makes me have peace of mind that I won’t get sickness of any kind from their establishment! Love this place and the girls who work there!
I went in to get my nails done because I knew that I would be getting engaged. The first couple of pictures is what I left with, but I quickly went back inside and they fixed it the best they could. A lot of the nails they put on me are not even glued flat to my nails. They then just filled them in with glue so they would not fall off. When looking at my nails from the side, you can tell that they are super uneven. I got them done last week and they are already cracking and breaking. They did not look good for my proposal and now I have to get new nails for my engagements. It was 28 but they only looked good for a couple of days after I got them done. Everyone there was very kind, but I would not recommend this place if you are wanting acrylics.
I have been coming here for years. These folks really know their stuff. Absolutely love all of them. I am a wound therapist so I wash and sanitize my hands many, many times a day. I couldn’t keep gel or acrylic nails on. But Ashley is so good and meticulous! They are fabulous!!!
i’ve been going here regularly the past couple months and totally let reflections destroy my hair and nails. my hair got fried from bleaching and it was literally yellow and orange. i’ve been getting highlights in my hair for the past 4 years and reflections is the first place to ruin it. i’ve also been getting my nails done every month for the past 6 years and for the first time ever, i have fungus in every single one of my nails. i saw it at my last appointment at reflections but the woman doing my acrylics told me it was just a bruise ??? i went to the doctor to confirm it was fungus, that’s the first time that’s happened either. my friend also got her hair ruined there and another friend got her ears pierced there and they got infected almost the same day, the women are super nice but this place is terrible.
I had an appointment at 6 last night for a trim. When I got there I was politely told they were running a little behind. I figured 10-15 min at most, no problem...by 6:30 I started getting a little concerned considering they close at 7 but I decided to wait it out. By 6:50 I decided it wasn’t worth having someone rush though my hair cut after hiring a baby sitter and sitting on an uncomfortable bench for almost an hour. It was rude and unprofessional, only once did someone check in on me at 6:45 asking who I was waiting for. I got a call at 7 asking why I had left while they laughed it off saying “how busy they had been” I would have rather been told when I walked in that they didn’t have time for me, I would have rescheduled but instead they lost my business after going to reflections off and on close to 7 years. I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant all I wanted was a trim and was so excited to have found time to spend on myself, it was incredibly disappointing.
