I recently went to payless and bought some shoes. Spent nearly 200 dollars. I found a coupon about an hour later at home for 20 percent off order. I called and the lady told me i could return the shoes and get the 20 percent off. I went there and another lady told me I couldn't do that. So i returned 4 out of 6 pairs. The next day I went back and tried to use coupon again. Lady at the front said I couldn't return the other two pairs for the 20 percent off cause "we dont rent shoes, we sell them." One of the staff was really friendly but the other two I met seemed kinda in a bad mood or something. But that's what happens when you work at payless.
