Love the fast drive-through service at this location! Workers are friendly and very nice. One complaint is that sometimes they run out of food later in the day and won't have any more of a certain menu item for a while. Other than that the people and food are great and we enjoy going to this location!

Not super satisfied with the portions they give out. I think they could fill the bowls up to the top. Seems fair when paying 15.
There is a great variety of options to choose from, but I recommend the Orange Chicken. It is cooked to perfection. I went with my family recently and had no issues with the employees which is a huge factor for me.
The food is tasty, and there are a lot of options to choose from. The service is quick and friendly. The restaurant itself is clean and is a good place to go with friends and family. For the price, you get a good amount of food, and the quality is typically pretty good. This is a good Americanized-Chinese restaurant. The only downside is that it is so far away from the heart of town.

My mom had a horrible experience last week ordering food. Alicia Cuellar was taking my moms order, but pretended she didn’t know how to speak Spanish or to even understand what my mom was ordering. She stated “I don’t speak Spanish” When in the past she has taken her orders in Spanish. I then stepped in and began to translate. She was also very dry and kind of rude. I don’t understand the reason for why she neglected to help my mom, maybe it was not a good day for her but after years of fast food/retail experience I was taught to always go above and beyond for the customers and this was definitely not it. One of the many reasons we go to panda is because of the bilingual speakers. I love Panda Express but I definitely did not like the customer service provided this day.
It's okay, customer service is usually pretty good. Food usually is good, not anything exceptional but if your hungry it will do the trick.
So I love going to Panda. I really enjoy their food. I was even happy to pay the price for it because you got fairly good sized portions. Lately though the portion size is severely smaller than it use to be.
