Blake at Garner Contracting is amazing to work with. He built a shop for us and was present from start to finish, helping with everything from planning and development to the finishing touches. Blake is very thorough, tried to foresee all possible expenses and problems, and was always very straightforward and honest. He is responsive and dealt with problems and questions quickly and professionally. He is detailed and transparent with costs, delivered a monthly summary of where each step of the project was currently at, and was always willing to explain when we had questions. The project turned out even better than we expected. Would definitely hire Blake again for future projects!

We hired Garner Contracting to fix broken trusses in our garage and redo the garage post-truss fix. Their professionalism is unparalleled. One of my biggest issues with prior experiences is that contractors never clean up their mess. Not the case with Garner! They went above and beyond to clean up and, when their subs were less than par, Garner made sure it got done right. The garage turned out spectacular. I will use them for anything I can in the future and would recommend them for any project.
