Josh Wood was recommended to us by Yellowstone Log Homes. It was reassuring to know that the engineer we chose was familiar with log home design. The 5th star would have been for excellent communication; we waited several days to hear back for an estimate and time schedule. But the work was completed on time and thus far no issues whatsoever with the plans. I would choose Design Intelligence again.

Design Intelligence in Rexburg was recommended by our builder. We worked with Josh to design plans for a new home. He was open to our ideas and made them a reality in the final design, including capturing both our wants and needs for room layout, space configuration and utility, exterior appearance, and elevation. He even took the time to discuss with us recommendations for modifications based on the location of our build. Design Intelligence and Josh exceeded our expectations. We would definitely work with them again in the future.
Josh was great to work with. He designed and completed a four car garage with an above the garage apartment and found a creative way to attach the garage to the house. Our first two exchanges of ideas were done remotely and we met in person for the third revision. Josh found a way to incorporate everything we hoped to add to our current 20 year old basic home. We were very pleased with his work and thoroughness on the project.
These guys have helped me out several times. Great crew.
I could never get Josh to do anything. Cost me a year's delay in my roof construction project.
They took money out of my account with out permission and when I called the lady was very rude and didn't want to hear me!
