I had them sell a tractor for me and it was a circus the entire time.
Walked into the store holding a greenstar receiver off a tractor that would not pick up gps signal no matter what we did. So as I walk up to the counter a guy behind the counter who was staring at his computer screen, doesn't even look up when I ask how he is doing. He grunts "fine" and doesn't say another word. Still holding my non working gps receiver, I ask if their gps guy is in today to help me solve our issues with it. I received a mumbled "He's out making a service call." Still giving him the benefit of the doubt I ask if he has a phone number for the tech or a time of when he might be back. Instead he picks up the ringing phone and says "No idea". By this time I was frustrated enough with the lack of simple respect an individual should receive from a John Deere store where we pay a decent amount for equipment and parts, so I walked out without saying anything else. All I wanted was to be looked in the eyes once or for him to tell me he would see if he could find a card for the gps tech so I could call him. But no, this John Deere is trying to become more and more like the Idaho Falls John Deere where it's a joke to try and get any sort of service from them. I was generous and gave two stars simply because I think John Deere makes some of the best equipment, but I am seriously considering giving my business to Pioneer since John Deere apparently doesn't want to try and keep my business. Very disappointed where this store is headed, the last couple years have been a big downfall for them.
