What a great surprise at this small corner gas station. We happen to stop to get gas and use the restroom and the amazing smell from the grill made us have to go and check it out. Everyone that was eating there had amazing looking bbq, so we decided to give it a try. The special was the burger loaded with pulled pork, cheese, jalapeños........ it came with these amazing fries. It was delicious. Must try if in the area.

Such a good BBQ place and love people's reaction when they find out they're located in a gas station. The Deal has the 6.99 combo deal which my husband and I love. The scones are to die for and the Mac and cheese is amazing. I wish they wouldn't have switched their buns, they used to be flavored buns with a little bit of cheese and seasoning on top. Now it's just whole wheat buns which definitely takes the sandwich flavor down a notch in my book.

Having lived most of my life in the South it's funny when people are surprised to get good BBQ inside a gas station. Some of my best meals ever were at hole-in-the-wall places hidden back behind the pumps. Blister's is no hole-in-the-wall. It's modern, clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate, yet has all the charm and value of a tiny gas station place. Best of both worlds. What is a surprise is the breadth of the menu. Hard to believe they cook all those meats every day, yet offer such variety. Don't tell my mama that my go-to at this BBQ is tri tip, even though the brisket there is also good. And hey, it's Idaho, so you can watch the guy cut your French fries right after you order, from a big box of local potatoes. When it's crowded I sort of wish the store were bigger. But then it might lose the quality focus. And you can always carry out your sandwich to eat in the truck. Go check 'em out!

They ran out of chicken? It's an hour before close and it's hard not to wonder if they have just cleaned the fryers early and don't want to drop more chicken or if they are actually out. Sad day I was excited. I was looking to get 2 fried chicken bacon ranch sandwiches (which I've had before so yummy) so my husband can try blisters for the first time. I mostly felt disappointed because of the way the kid behind the counter was acting. I rang the bell 3 times before anyone came out and when He finally did there was simply no more chicken idk the situation was a little sus since they clearly were cleaning up for the night even tho it was only 7

Blisters is really good barbecue. They have an amazing Cuban sandwich that is my personal favorite. However I’ve never been disappointed with anything I have ordered here. Don’t let the fact that it’s in the gas station fool you. It is a very popular barbecue spot Because it is very good. They come up with a new burger every week and it’s usually an amazing work of art. Don’t miss blisters.

Highly recommend the brisket and pork! Wow! such a great flavor. The service is excellent and the BBQ is worth the time to swing by regularly. We plan to eat here on a regular basis. YUM... Voted Best BBQ in Idaho for a reason! You are ROCK STARS. Just off the freeway.

The service is always good. If they mess up an order, they are quick to correct it. Not a lot of BBQ flavor but overall not bad.
