I went in dreading getting a new phone. Always a hassle. Jaxon was so helpful. Took absolutely all of my stress about it away. I was informed about the phone trade in. And he set up everything for me. Including putting on my screen savers and case. I walked out ready to go. And the whole thing took maybe 30. Amazing. Yay
Great little store! They had two employees there, Kaleb, and Ethan and both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the tech world. If you need a phone or need help this is the place to go.
Jaxson spent 21/2 hours getting us set up with our new phones! He was knowledgeable, patient and so very helpful! Can’t say enough about how accommodating he was! Thank you, Jaxson for going the extra mile to meet our needs!

Today I called this store with the sole intent of getting information to proceed on a ridiculous situation that is now with the AT&T Fraud department. Ethan, the store employee that is apparently the only one working today, at first was helpful and listened well. But when I had questions of how to go forward to resolve the issue, acknowledging that we could not talk about specifics over the phone. In a matter of a moment the tone changed in Ethan's voice and he stopped being invested in this concern at all. The crux was that I asked how to move forward having received a threatening letter from AT&T referencing phone numbers that they do not have with their company, and haven't been with AT&T since August. It was very obvious that when Ethan realized that I was not a current customer, and not interested in being so ever again, the situation was not of any value to him. Upon questioning if I could talk to a manager about what to do in my situation next if Ethan couldn't, Ethan informed me that his manager is on vacation and he had a generic customer service line (which I had already let him know I had been unsuccessful at reaching) and refused to answer my question. I wanted to know if they could help me in this actual store if I came in person...Ethan never answered that. The fraud that has taken place, combined with the lack of responsibility of the company in their participation, and now this dis-interest from the one human I could reach...this just affirms why we moved away happily from this company. Save your time and money and go with someone else.
Highly unprofessional... my husband and I came into the store in need of a phone service ASAP, ready to sign. The boy who helped us out was sweet and tried his best, but the worker who appeared to be the manager on duty was busy in the corner, playing on his phone. He didn't even try to interact with us, or help his coworker answer our questions. In fact, he was quite rude to his coworker, and his attitude really turned my husband and I off from AT&T entirely - and this was our first and only interaction with this company! Don't come here if you want actual help or have questions that need to be answered. The kids are nice, but the customer service is incredibly lacking.
The service here is incredible! I highly recommend this store. Jackson helped out (I think that was his name). Wonderful experience :)
