I had such a great experience with American Self Storage. I initially got a unit when covid-19 came about and I was heading home from school. American Storage was quick to help, pleasant and easy to work with, the storage unit was clean and affordable and a great location too. I will be using American Self Storage again! Ps. Barbara was lovely on the phone and made the check our process easy peasy.

My daughter has used this storage company twice. They are wonderful to work with, very helpful and friendly. The location is secure and convenient. They are very accommodating for college students and make the check in and check out process very easy. We will be using them again!
This place is great. Buildings are well ventilated and entire area is secured with a pin pad gate and cameras. The cost is relatively low and have had no issues with bugs or any other pest.
This is the BEST storage unit we've ever worked with. My spouse and I work seasonally, and therefore need to store all of our household items when we are away for the summer season. We came to American Self Storage after checking out a few other options, and they were so helpful. The employees let me look around at the different sized units, so I could see which one would best fit our needs. When we signed our lease, all the legalities were simple, honest and upfront. We also received a military discount and a discount for paying in full, which was wonderful! Clean up and check out when ending your lease is a breeze, and we have no complaints. The site is secure, the units are clean upon arrival, and it's a great business all around.
The place is damaged and the fences we're obviously ignored by people in the past. I wouldn't feel safe storing stuff there that had a lot of value.
Really great experience overall! Very simple and easy to work with. I forgot to terminate my contract for October which I had paid for, but they noticed that I moved out in September and refunded me the money. Great customer service!
Easy to get into and out of. Would benefit from additional lighting in the storage units.
