A great storage for a reasonable price. I just wish the office staff knew what they were doing. When I initially set up a storage unit, the gentleman in the office didn't know what he was doing. The worst part was checking out. On the checkout envelope, it says to write the address you want the deposit sent to. They ended up sending my deposit to the address I had on file two years ago instead of my current address. I called them to ask them to send it to my current address. It's been over two months, and I still haven't received my deposit. Get your act together.
We rented here over the summer between semesters. We returned, cleaned out the storage unit and swept it clean, and returned all the keys, lock, and requested documents with our updated address, and we still haven't received our deposit back after five months. I called in october to follow up with no real response to my question. Don't expect to get your deposit back if you go here!!!
Rented a storage unit here for a time. Not better people anywhere. Truly felt the people running the place were some of the best Christians I’ve ever met.
Horrible!!! Dishonest, unreliable, Jackson doesn't keep his word, unprofessional, inaccesible, the worst! Spend your time & resources elsewhere! I'm doing you a great favor!!!
The units are very clean and there is alot of selection of sizes within the units
Great customer service and really easy to work with. Automatic entry and exit with your code. Quality units.
Meh... Its a little pricy for what you get, but overall not a bad experience.
