Today (06/17/2020) I received a call from Rex appliance services in regards to the repair of my fridge, the representative who called was named Jodi she called to say that the date of our repair will once again be changed because a part has not been ordered yet, this customer representative proceeded to hang up the call because she said she did not like my tone because I was speaking angrily, what I hope is understood is that I have been trying to fix this refrigerator since the beginning of May, they have sent multiple people and it was only repaired once at the end of May at that time that it was fixed I went and did groceries only for the fridge to break again five days later, now I have spent over 1600 in food and have none in a household with four children in the middle of a pandemic and now I also had to wait almost another month for a second repair so I would hope that her as a customer service representative would understand and do her job But instead she refused to help by hanging up the phone and not responding anymore calls.

I was very pleased with the service. Robert was quick and he was able to fix my dishwasher. His customer service was exceptional! I will always call Rex Appliance, Appliance Repair if I need to in the future they are an excellent company.
I found Rex Appliance on Google and my Maytag refrigerator wasn't working so I called these guys. A technician was at my home within 24 hours. I was very pleased with the Rex Appliance repairman's service. He was very professional and he fixed my oven repair right away. He seemed very knowledgeable and confident as he went about his work.
Needed our Samsung dryer fixed today. I called a few places and most said it would be over a week before they could come out. Literally found this place on google. A super nice, personable man named Robert got the info on my dryer. Said he could be here by 4:00. He was on time. Diagnosed the problem and from the info, I gave him had the part needed in his van!!! Very impressed.
