I love this place but have one question, his can you literally be out of hot food? No hot foods I was told?? Weird

I visit Dunkin ALL THE TIME. This particular one on hwy 42 is the slowest of them all. I went there to get two egg and cheese wrap, it took them 10 minutes to notice me and to come up to the counter to take the order. The manager there, I'm assuming she was, walks like she owns the entire store and doesn't care much for customer service. This is the closest one to my place of work otherwise I would never visit it again.
Did a mobile order. It was correct. There was a line but it moved quickly. Connected to a gas station and Subway.
Love this spot for me! I'm a regular and I've never had a problem with my coffee order!
Burned hash browns , but you expect us to this ? Bagel also looks a little burn in spots. long drive through line. The girl who took my order was nice but so sorry they give out this type of food. If I could give you 1/2 a star I would. So sad
