Very pleasant experience. Melissa was super helpful, professional and friendly.
I have been unable to send outgoing texts or call anyone on my phone since Aug 31st. I went to the Boost store on North Henry because I was closest to that one. The store employees tried to trouble shoot and called customer service. I left that day with a non working phone that they said was due to the network. I went back an additional time, no updates ...no changes...I contacted Boost customer service myself...no updates, no changes. Today I went to the store where I always go. The mgr Joanna who I'm very familiar with was there. I told her the problem. I really thought I was going to have the same results. I WAS WRONG!! She fixed my phone in less time than the other Boost Mobile store (N.Henry) did!! She figured it!! And because of her, I didn't switch my service today to TMobile because this was going to be my LAST time giving Boost a chance. Kudos to Joanna and the wonderful staff at our store in Rex!!
