I called the store from my home in New Jersey, USA, in a bit of panic looking to purchase a stunning vintage Chanel jacket listed on the Rewind website for my wife for her birthday, which was only a few days away. Thank goodness Claudia answered! In one phone call, Claudia not only calmed me, but secured the jacket I wanted, assured me the French size would fit based on my wife’s US sizing and, true to her word, expedited packaging and overnight shipping to insure it arrived at my door in the USA on the morning of her birthday. And just to reassure me, Claudia emailed me on the day the package was being picked up by the carrier with the tracking number. She was able to accomplish this even during COVid19 restrictions in place. Bravo Claudia!! And if that was not enough, several days after my wife’s birthday, I received an email from Claudia confirming the package arrived safely and with genuine excitement inquiring as to fit and if my wife loved it. Truly exceptional customer service. The Chanel jacket is exquisite and was in excellent condition just as it was listed on the Rewind website. And yes, my wife loves it. Based on this experience, we certainly plan to be loyal online customers from the USA. Claudia is a gem just like the one I purchased from her.

With all the risks nowadays associated with buying/selling designer bags online this company took out all the risk and handled everything so professionally and quickly.
