Pathetic hepldesk.. Reception is decreasing the business to 1/4the due to rudeness and lack of knowledge.. She misbehaved with my brother who is Gaestro doctor.. Better go for Gajendra Labs.
visited yesterday for a checkup of my mom got reports on time in 24 hours my major concern is, the lady sitting on the reception was talking soo badly, she is not having atticates to talk with anyone, she didn't told me the prices as well in the very beginning, said she don't know about CGHS patients but in the end when i paid the amount she asked for the CGHS card, initially she was saying that CGHS is not applicable and at the end she was asking very rudely,'' card to doo jeb m le kr khdee ho'' i am a well educated person so asking for a strict action but main reason of Giving such a negative review is that lady and her behavior, teach her something, she don't even know how vast dr lal path lab is, treat uneducated people nicely. or else people won't visit dr lal
The lady at the front desk lacks basic ettiquettes. She doesn't know how to behave with the patient or their customer. Useless lab of rewari. She is such a dumb. Do not have proper knowledge of test and tentative time of report. @Dr lal please think about that giant lady sitting at desk of Dr lal rewari. She is digging a well for you. I can't see below than one star. Would have given for them.
