Smart Processing is good name in City, According to my knowledge, it is more than 20 year old firm in Computer Technology and Home Appliances, They are offering very Quick and reliable service, they have very good and experienced engineers. and Ready inventory for any type of repairs of Laptops, Air Conditioners, RO etc. I have one Dell Laptop which was damaged, I visited more than 20 shops in Rewa City, No one was ready to repair it (also some shopkeepers created some more damages during experimenting with it). But when I visited Smart Processing in the evening in Shilpi Plaza Rewa Office, Mr. Vinay Pillai said please take your laptop the next day morning, I was surprised how it is possible to change display in one day. Next day I got my laptop with the original Dell display, also they repaired and formatted without any extra cost. I am writing this genuine review on the basis of my experience with them. I have been working as a faculty at Awadhesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa Madhya Pradesh since 12 Years. and also I have 22 Year experience in the Computer Field, I have 2 firms of IT services. Many people are visiting us to take suggestions in his/her next IT product purchase. Now after getting such wonderful services from Smart Processing, Rewa, MP, I can say that in this small city no one is a replacement of your services, According to my experience this firm is most reliable for sales after service and sales. Long Review: I'm a Ph.D. Scholar at IIT Bombay, my research work involves heavy computer simulation stuff, during this pandemic time I've to stay at my home & do this work at my PC. Suddenly, one day my PC went off & it was a hardware problem (I'm myself an expert in software problems but have no knowledge in hardware stuff). I went to several computer repair services, many of them seek 4-8 weeks & around 16-18k repairing cost & they told me that they would send it for repair to some other cities (JABALPUR, Indore...). It was not possible for me to off my work for 4-8 weeks. I even contacted Dell; they were charging around 10,000 rupees to replace my computer motherboard & additional 1000 rupees for an on-site service engineer visit. Then, I came to know about (through Google reviews & a few friends of mine) excellent services provided by smart processing. They resolved my issue within two days & at a reasonable cost of 1800 rupees. They told me that only my Charging IC was faulty & not the whole motherboard; they charge me for charging IC only. I'm quite happily satisfied by Smart Processing service. I recommend it to everyone.
