Galla Madi electricity office rewa it is very old office with lot of electricity department & it controls different areas including meter complaint, faults & corporate electricity n much more some employee are very good but it has some negative points because of rude behavior of some officers some time many times hand written complaint or by online complaint submitted to them takes too much time & not resolved very easily takes too much time to convince officer to fix the issue it happens on mostly meter related complaint with poor people's & rest thing is ok service is average & some employee is very kind they always supports u.
I complained about irregular working of officials to Discom , since then whenever I go there I see them at there place. They hear people although they do not resolve the problem completely.
Need more facilities for consumers
It is a good place but parking area is not proper.
