Well, Alex Factory, that wasn’t a long wait at all! My new boots came faster from Italy than I normally get in US domestic shipments. Your advice to go down to size 44 was exactly perfect. I love them. They fit like an old pair of shoes. I just returned from their maiden ride on my BMW r1150rt and they felt very comfortable. No sliding on pegs, soft feel on toe at shifter. Thank you for your superb customer service and excellent shipping. I wish every company I bought from was like Alex Factory. You’ve reset the bar rather high!

So I found the lowest price on a pair of beautiful Forma boots on their website. I did some research on this business before committing to buy as im in the USA and they're in Italy. Another reviewer from here had great feedback and I took a chance. As the other reviewer said, they contacted us promptly after ordering to confirm my size. Fortunately, becaus based on their info I went with a smaller size. They shipped on a Wednesday and today is Friday and I got my order!!! From Italy! I can't even get Amazon to deliver that fast at times and there's a distribution center here in town! The boots for perfect! I'm so happy I can't put into words. Boots are in short supply, was going to go with an A star or Fox boot but none in stock and stumbled on these. Love them! Cant wait to ride! Thank you Alex.it!
They’re brand new, but so far, these boots check off all my boxes: comfort, fit, quality, style, safety and color. The only boot with ingenious 2 zipper system for easy on and off usage. Customer service was also great, insuring I ordered the right size.

I could not find Forma Terrain TX Enduro boots in my size in the USA . An internet search lead me to Alex Factory in italy . I placed my order and quickly received an email asking me to verify my shoe size and double check a few things so my order would be perfect. 9 days later UPS delivered the boots to me in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania ,US. The boots are fantastic and fit perfectly. I even saved a few dollars compared to buying locally which is nice. Great customer service and the transaction was no stress. I recommend them to everyone. Alessio and the team were brilliant. Ordering boots online from a different country can be daunting, but they took the time to contact me to confirm my size, luckily, because i had it wrong. They arrived in a little over a week, shipping from Italy to Australia, and they fit perfectly. VERY happy, Thankyou team!!! 10/10
