I've dealt with our Canada Post branch a lot and ship multiple items per month for my home business. They are awesome. Treat them with respect and patience, they are lovely people and work hard. They deal with a lot from us.

Closed most of the time. Was told for years I did not have the right info for a box. Turns out I was entitled to a free on cause of where I live and was told \why didn't you just get one before?\ From the same person that blocked me from getting one for years. Some of the newer younger people working there are fantastic and do the work with a smile though.
Wow! I so wish I could give ZERO stars. The customer service I received was absolutely abysmal. Not only was the lady completely unhelpful but she was rude and condescending. ZERO STARS.
Ever since day one trying to get an PO box had been nothing but rude and ignorance. Every one always seems so miserable. I am always glad to wait in line for 15 min or more some days but when i get up to the front would be nice to have an happy face and asked how my day has been, its never even an hi what can i do for you. I am absolutely fed up.
Ruins my day every time I go in, by far the most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. But of course they won’t offer delivery to your door. Just terrible.
