As and expat from the UK I wanted to do something Canadian for my birthday. Friends had told me about an ice fishing trip with Zack. He was so accommodating with everything I asked and all the last minute changes to the numbers of the party. I had so much fun and he was so great with answering my many questions! After having very little luck on the Ice (it was a hot spring day!) he suggested that we turn to the lake so he took us out on his boat at no extra cost to make sure we caught a fish! Would recommend him to anyone, great guy, really knows his stuff.

If you're in Revelstoke and want to try some fishing look no further than AAA tours. Zack is super knowledge of the area, the fish, and how to catch them! Whilst out on the boat I also got to enjoy views of the surrounding mountains ranges, forest clad river banks and waterfalls, doesn't get much better than that :)
My partner and I went out ice fishing for our first time with Zack from AAA Guided Tours and it was an awesome experience. Zack is very knowledgeable of the area and fishing. He is extremely passionate, which is contagious and makes the experience even more fun. He was happy to help and answer any questions we had. We caught and released a ton of trout in our half day of fishing and learned a lot too! If you're looking for a super great guide and amazing day in the outdoors, Zack is your guy!
My family did the 2 hour tour out of 3 Valley Gap as we were unsure if our kids (8 and 11 years old) could handle more. Zack was extremely professional and patient with us from our first contact with him. He had a wealth of knowledge of the surrounding area, from the wildlife to the trains that passed by. My 8 year old daughter was the driving force of the trip and Zack was very encouraging and taught her a number of things from casting to tying knots. She reeled in a good sized fish only 30 minutes into the trip! We are looking forward to seeing Zack again next year for another great experience.
We just had a fantastic morning ice fishing with Zack. We learnt a lot and had great fun! Zack is super friendly, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable and comfortable, even on one of Revelstoke’s coldest days. We’d love to get out there and do more fishing with AAA tours and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Zach took me ice fishing and it was amazing. He knows the great spot to catch some big fish and has a amazing patience. He taught me how to set up my fishing pole and technics to throw my line properly. While fishing he told me about Revelstoke areas, the mountains and the fish species around. HE is definitely the guide you want around Revelstoke!!!! :)
I did the Revelstoke lake trip with Zack and had blast. He is a very knowledgeable guide and the scenery was awesome! Would highly recommend him.
Zack took my hubby out in July 2020 for some one on one fishing and he really enjoyed it. Learned some valuable lessons, visited some amazing spots and had lots to talk about. He loved it so much, we booked a family half day the next day with our 8 year old son. We all loved our experience! Zack is super professional, patient, and a master of his craft. It was tricky because of all the rain that had fallen in Revelstoke but we still managed to catch Kokanee, and experience the beautiful scenery of Revy! Zack helped us make some amazing memories of our visit. We can't wait to go back to Revy, and when we do this will be our first activity. We highly recommend Zack and AAA Guided Tours. Thanks!!!
