The whole team worked so hard to achieve our sale overcoming problems which, at times, felt like hitting a brick wall. Unlike many other estate agents they communicate extremely well and frequently, without the need to keep chasing. From beginning to end, and with every member of staff we dealt with, the service was five star. We also use them as a rental agent and, again, the service is astounding. Highly recommend!

The whole team at Newton Fallowell in Retford were excellent from start to finish. They responded extremely quickly to my initial needs, which enabled me to secure the home of my dreams. Had they not been so fast and so efficient I have no doubt I would have missed out. Then, throughout the process from accepted offer to completion they were always communicative and available to answer my questions, give guidance, resolve any obstacles, and give the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain a nudge to move things on. I unreservedly highly recommend them.
The staff at Newton fallowell have truly, gone above and beyond for us. Not just with the sale of our own property, but to help us find the perfect place to move to. In particular, Millie, Tom and Gareth have been professional, reliable and honest throughout. Communication during the entire process has been phenomenal. The service as a whole, is well priced and reliable. Would wholeheartedly reccomend.
