Awful company - have a really bad service. We have a large amount of LED panels which developed a fault after about 2 years where they all look dappled & they had the cheek to say we should have been dusting them to avoid dirt penetrating the sides. These are lights that are set into a ceiling grid! Furthermore, during Covid they furloughed their staff and yet carried on working - downright unethical. We certainly won't be using them again.

Bought some dimmable LED bulbs a while back but they would not dim so put them in a cupboard. I found a new non dimmable use for them a year later in our outside PIR lights instead of using hungry filament bulbs. They looked great, but within about 3 months 2 had failed so I emailed the company asking politely if they may have been part of a bad batch but just got an abusive email back from their MD in return. MD recons 2 of the 7 bulbs (at 10/bulb at the time) failing within 3 months of use in PIR lights is cheaper than filament bulbs.. Oh OK, I won't be back.
