JM's is by far the best fish and chips joint in Retford.. Over numerous years I've never had a bad meal. A tip to all is to ring and order not order on a third party app. Despite a hiccup last week we ordered again tonight and once again faultless service and faultless food..

Second time I’ve ordered from here I’m Only eating salads at the moment but my fella isn’t ,they rang up and said they couldn’t do me a salad, so I had nothing I could eat and then they put salad on his burger! my fella enjoyed his food and obviously I didn’t\u200d️
Best chippy in Retford, in fact probably the best fish & chips I've ever had and I've lived in quite a few different places and tried various chippies! Chips are never greasy, never half-raw, fish is always first class, batter always crispy.
Hidden gem in retford.. warm welcoming child friendly place, food is fantastic at a reasonable price. the restaurant is clean and tidy well worth a visit.. 5*
