Im an essential frontline ambulance worker working over 100 miles from home & my dad is on end of life care so I desperatly needed my phone. Unfortunately my phone died so I went to the store to buy a new phone and explained my circumstances. I was told they wouldn't sell me the phone, that I was pointing at through the window, that I had to buy it on line, so having to drive several miles to get online, I found the website and although finding the website to be like a crack head on acid, I managed to buy the phone that I had pointed at in the shop, for click and collect. I traveled several miles back to the store to be told that I had brought the phone for posting & not click n collect, I explained that I had followed the websites instructions for click n collect but they couldn't care less. I told them the situation I was in and that I wouldn't be home for weeks and showed them my receipt for the phone I had just purchased. All they had to do was pass the phone to me, that I had just purchased, that was in-between myself and the staff member, through a crack in a door. NO NO NO they couldn't do that, the staff had to wait a few days, wrap said phone up and post it over 100 miles, leaving me sick to my stomach, phone less, with less fuel that day and 2 car parking tickets down..... What an absolute joke of a company!!!!!!!

A good place to buy games and easy to get a couple quid for some oldies but, i went to go and buy some games for my son who is only a few years under the age of the games, and I know that the majority of people who play these games these days are around under 18,so if you up to buying games with your children or as a teen don't forget to collect your free dagger eyes on the way out and a couple aggressive chats as I did. A disappointment to the cex Brand.
