I love this Talbot's location! Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to know me and my clothing preferences. I have even had them set up several styling appointments to help me with building a few outfits for work and vacation.

I am a petite shopper. I have a terrible time finding clothes to fit me because of the enlarging of sizes over the years. The person who waited on me was fabulous. B. was the best! She helped me find that the 2p (curvy, which we had to order) works great for me. (NO gigantic gap at the back of the waist!) I live about an hour away and I will be back to see her! Hope Talbots will keep this type of size or something like it! Also, I gotta say, I wish all sales people were as helpful to those of us who are an unusual size. We hate to shop because it is so hard to find something that fits. When we find someone who knows their product and can direct us to something that fits, we are grateful : ) and will come back because of it!
Outstanding staff. I was looking for a sweater that the store didn't have. Without even my asking, a staff member immediately got on the phone and called a store to see if they had the sweater and if they could ship to me. WOW! She told me that I could head back to work and she would just call me with the details should they have the sweater. I have never had such good service. Talbots - I love you and love your clothes. I think I"ve bought 25 pieces just this winter alone. Thanks - Jackie.
Staff was very helpful to my wife and stayed with her to help her get the right outfit put together. Reston Town Center is really nice.
i love coming to Reston Talbots. everyone is very helpful and they know their product. i always get a call when something new comes in!
Talbots is a wonderful store with quality items. This location is too small and it has paid parking which is discouraging.
