Great people there, they helped us with our upgrades and were very friendly. We watched one sales person tell an older couple that they had to wear a mask properly or leave. Even after the couple was rude, he was firm and they did what he said in the end. I really appreciated that. Great store, we'll be going there for our cell phone needs from now on.

Its was quite full and many people were getting help from the kind workers there. I was looking at the S20 Ultra and I'm considering of getting it. My mom lost her sim card and we went to the store to get another. We got a sim card and it was very fast service.

Great staff. Ramon in particular went above and beyond to help us out by making sure we had the best deal possible and explaining the complexities of the situation. He should get a raise, or better yet, a promotion for using his critical thinking, being patient with customers, and doing all that he can to help

My Samsung A50 wouldn't charge and died for the second time in 18 months. The first time they were great. They sent the phone in for me and about 5 days later I had a fixed phone. I told the sales associate my situation this time and he accused me of breaking it on purpose. I ask me a dozen times if it had water damage. It doesn't. He then said because there was a single scratch at the bottom of the screen that the insurance that I pay 15 dollars a month for would not cover the repairs. I told him I was not going to pay to get a 2 year old phone that I have had problems with in the past fixed. He totally ignored me and printed out a bill for a 150 dollars. I explained that the phone new doesn't even cost that much anymore, to fix the screen it cost 29.99 on the T-Mobile site, and I just told him I did not want to pay for the repairs. The sales associate then went back to accusing me of breaking my phone. I left the store angry and frustrated. My advise avoid this place at all cost. Choose any other place. I ended mail my phone in to get fixed for free after talking to TMobile customer service. More of a wait but it seems to be worth not having the hassle and cost.
