Our company (Home Run Builder) have been working with soil and structure since 2004 and we are happy to have an engineering source that we could reasonably work with, they are responsive, easy to work with, they do great work in timely manner. We have been using their inspection service an d structural engineering in many of our new home and addition's projects commercial and residential and I say we never had any problems, their work is number one and can say during all these years once we sent any of our plan to any county, there was no comment on their work for correction unless a new code change we both were aware of it . We work with different engineering firms but we would put soil & structure on top of all and first to go to. They are highly recommended by us and thankful for their great work.

Totally professional and responsive! Work was timely and thorough. Having an addition built in the city of alexandria, and i needed the soil tested to determine the foundation design. They do a lot of work in alexandria, so i knew i could count on these guys! Very affordable compared to other proposals i received!

Dealing with water leaking into your property is absolutely horrible. Soil and Structure did an excellent, professional job on the repairs to our home and everyone was very pleasant to work with. I am very happy with the quality of the repair and, once the proposal was ready, I was also thrilled with the speed with which work commenced and was completed. I would definitely use this company again.
