Steve Smith, the GM, is pretty awesome. Very helpful, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided good suggestions and ideas to help evaluate storage needs. After multiple interactions, I find Steve dependable and reliable. Katie - is very helpful, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable as well. I've only had one interaction with her and yet I have a favorable impression. Nicely done folks. Keep up the great work.

After 4 years at a different storage unit across town, we are moving to this brand new Self Storage Plus location near our house - super nice, super clean, super convenient ! everything and more one could ask for! Steve has been extremely helpful during the transition, and we will be fully moved in by next week. Highly recommend - have looked at about a dozen different storage unit companies and locations in the area and this is head and shoulders above all the others!

Close, convenient, and clean new store! The managers are so friendly. I love that they made sure I knew I could call them if I ever had any issues and we could work it out, Ive had some not great experiences with storage in the past but I’m confident that this company will be the ones to go above and beyond.
