As a web developer you get the opportunity to work with lots of different host and server providers. I have to say when it comes to support, this is the textbook worst company that exists. To say they have support is almost an insult to the word. My advise is RUN!

Support team totally nonsense. Very bad customer support system. No emergency support team in any sudden server issue. Very frustrated!
