Absolutely horrendous customer service! I called the number listed on their website to get estimates for a local commercial project that needed some work done. I was told I called the emergency line and was hung up on after asking for a number to contact the main office. I called the number back and expressed that I understood it was an emergency line but that there was no reason to rudely hang up on a customer that wants your business and again asked for another number to get a quote form the main office. The lady on the other end proceeded to then ask me questions regarding the job that I needed done, after just hanging up on me moments later! I was able to find another number through Google and called that, I get another representative again lacking any form of customer service skills. I explained my situation and asked for a manager. I was then asked why I needed to speak with a manager after I had just explained my experience with their emergency line! The representative then proceeded to ask me if I was calling to complain or get service, I stated I was calling to do both, and the rep told me that I was only calling to complain and gave no assistance in helping me get to a manager.

By far the most efficient Locksmith I have ever been to. The prices are extremely reasonable and he did an amazing job. I wanted to get two-three locks installed at my house, and he was super professional in completing the work within a short time. 5 stars.
The man that came to help us was very unprofessional and gave us an extremely high quote that was far from the one we received from the dispatcher. When we brought up the high amount, he immediately became defense and rude. We were trying to understand how it was so high but he was not able to communicate effectively. He started coming up with strange responses and seemed nervous (like a scam). He then immediately dropped the price but due to his manic behavior I was frightened to work with him. He got in his car, yelled something out his window and drove off. We called another company that was responsible and kind to work with. I would strongly advise not working with this company.
Extortionists and liars. Dispatcher over the phone quoted 120 to make a key....three minutes later another dispatcher said 260. Actual locksmith charges 300-something, and says dispatchers have a tendency to offer up bullhit quotes over the phone knowing they're wrong, either because they're incompetent or because they're trying to sink their hooks in desperate people. At least the guy was really quick in making a key.
Very happy with their quick response. They answered my call on the very first attempt and sent their locksmith to help me with the jammed locks of my shop. I must say, they give their best to satisfy their customers.
