I am doing shopping for HVAC work now. So I couldn't provide 1 or 5. But it was interesting to review this company via other customers' experiences. Those who provide lower rating for this company have specific issues and reasons, however others who provide high rating have general comments \Great service from different planet\. People like to hear why he or anybody is nice instead of just saying \He is wonderful\ \He is a my guy\ Doesn't it sound like someone's tweet from Pennsylvania Ave a couple month ago.

I'm going to give Zero Star if I could. I complain about their irresponsibility and inefficiency. Before, the staff told us that if we ordered the parts immediately, we could receive them in three days. However, two weeks later, the staff called to say that we had received one less part and we still needed to wait. I don't know if they're just making excuses for not being able to fix it, or are they really being so inefficient? This water heater was installed by this company in November 2017. The staff of this company installed it for about a month before we started to use the hot water. Unexpectedly, the water leakage occurred in less than three years. The water leakage is chronic, so we didn't find it could continue to be used until recently, when the machine couldn't work and the staff found that the parts inside had been seriously corroded and rusted. He suggested we replace it with a new water heater, but told us we could fix it after learning that his colleague had installed it. And now it's been more than two weeks and they haven't dealt with it for us and they haven't apologized! Can you imagine two weeks without a hot bath? If the person in charge of this company sees this comment and sincerely wants to help us solve the problem, I hope you can give me a reasonable reply!
Seems owner no longer cares about his company. He is in the brink of bankruptcy, cannot purchase repair parts for customers, cannot pay his technicians, and fraudulently charges home warranty companies for work not actually done. No management for technicians and customer support and customer service reps are untrained. Yes, they sell equipment cheap but remember you get what you pay for, take my advise and find a more reputable company that will stand behind their work. You don’t want to lose years of warranty when they finally close their doors. I am aware that the owner is trying to sell to another One Hour location, I truly hope that owner does his research before buying this toxic workplace.
Outstanding customer service from Techs thru to their office. They understand what they are talking about and aren’t trying to sell you thinks you don’t need. Highly recommend. Have used for some time and most consistent service provider have ever used in my home.
